J.GROB Associates is a wholesale sales agency representing leading Brands in the Gift and Home Industry. Our team is dedicated to securing the products that best fit our customers' needs through education, analysis, and monitoring of industry trends.

While we continue to focus on in-person engagement, we have elevated our digital tools to help our retail partners sell the items purchased from us with content and assets to utilize for their e-commerce sales and social media marketing.

What are your delivery options?

 

Each of our suppliers offer different options for delivery of your order. If Best Way is selected, our suppliers will ship 'prepay and add' using the most efficient and affordable carrier available.

 

How do I track my orders?

 

Send request to:  jillc@jgrobinc.com.  

Include:  Name of Business, Supplier ordered from, Purchase Order #, Date Ordered and Jill will respond within 24-48 hrs. .

 

How do I contact my local representative?

 How do I file a claim or request a return?

 

Either contact the sales representative assigned to your account or email: customerservice@jgrobinc.com

The majority of our supplier partners have a limited time period (usually 30 days from receipt) to file a claim for concealed

damaged product. 

All claims must include:  Business name, Supplier, Purchase Order#, Packing Slip# or Invoice#, Item#, Qty of Item#, Reason for Claim and Image (group photo if more than one of same item).

 

If requesting a Return, please follow the same procedures above and include the reason you want to return.  Returns are subject to shipping and handling fees.
